1. Our Services

Studio Fifty Six provides event design, event planning, styling, consultation, and related creative services. All services are tailored to each client’s brief and delivered with the highest level of care, professionalism, and creative excellence.

2. Booking & Payments
​

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed deadlines.

Work, design development, and vendor bookings will not commence until the required deposit is received.

Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services

3. Cancellations & Changes
​

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure time, planning, and creative resources.

Any changes to your event after design approval may incur additional fees, depending on scope, materials, or vendor adjustments.

4. Vendors & Third-Party Services
​

We work exclusively with trusted vendor partners to uphold our quality standards.

While we coordinate and manage vendors on your behalf, all vendor services are subject to their own terms and conditions.

Studio Fifty Six is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers, though we always advocate on your behalf to ensure a seamless experience.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely communication

Approve designs, budgets, and plans within the requested timeframe

Ensure access to the venue for setup, styling, and breakdown as required
Delays caused by late approvals or lack of access may result in additional fees.

6. Event Day Management
​
We manage your event with precision and professionalism. However, factors beyond our control (venue restrictions, weather, supplier delays, etc.) may impact final execution. We will always adapt and find the best solution available on the day.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property
​
All concepts, design boards, sketches, floor plans, styling direction, creative frameworks, custom décor, branding elements, and visual assets created by Studio Fifty Six remain our intellectual property.
You are purchasing the service and experience, not the ownership of the designs.
You may not reproduce, share, or repurpose our designs—digitally or physically—without written permission.

8. Photography & Portfolio Use
​
Studio Fifty Six reserves the right to photograph and document your event’s design elements and use these images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Personal client information will never be shared without consent.

9. Liability
​
Studio Fifty Six holds public liability insurance appropriate for event work.
We are not responsible for:

Loss or damage caused by third-party vendors

Venue restrictions or limitations

Weather-related issues

Personal belongings or items supplied by the client

These materials are provided exclusively for the purpose of delivering your event and may not be reused, shared, reproduced, or adapted for any future event or commercial purpose without our written approval.
This clause protects the originality, artistry, and integrity of every experience we create.
